Job Summary:

SUNY Upstate Research Foundation is seeking an Research Associate to support research efforts in the Department of Urology. 

Key Responsibilities:

Routine laboratory maintenance including purchasing of supplies regent preparation.

Independently perform tissue culture, microscopy, DNA, RNA, and protein analysis by western blotting, PCR, qCPR, sequencing, and small and large animal research including surgery.

Support clinical trials through record keeping and specimen processing.

Assist with data analysis and report preparation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science, Chemical Science or related field required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous laboratory experience strongly preferred.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
