Job Summary:
This position reports to the Department of Surgery Administrator. The Senior Administrative Coordinator manages administrative assistants, OR Scheduling and clinic staff within the division of vascular and endovascular surgery. This candidate will also be responsible for coordinating care between satellite clinics and Upstate. Must have excellent ability to multi-task and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant healthcare administrative experience required. Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of all managing positions; OR scheduling, EPIC, clinic operations and workflow and administrative duties. Prior supervisory/management experience.
Work Days:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
