Job Summary:

Reporting to the 340B Program Coordinator and Systems Director of Pharmacy Development, responsibilities include: assist with 340B billing compliance, assist with audits concerning 340B dispensations and purchasing; resolve 340B discrepancies; and assist with 340B policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Works with Pharmacy Buyers, Internal Auditor, Materials Management, OPA/HRSA and variety of 340B third party administrators (TPA's). Will provide 340B support for organization as a whole and specifically for both the Downtown and Community inpatient pharmacies, as well as multiple In-House Retail Pharmacies.  

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree and three years relevant experience (in a hospital pharmacy and State setting preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent analytical, oral/written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with EPIC and 340B Administrator Software. Relevant experience in a hospital pharmacy and state setting. 

Work Days:

Monday - Friday between 7am- 5pm, 8 hour shifts based on operational need.
