Job Summary:

The Administrative Specialist will provide high-level administrative and operational support to one or more members of the Chair's Office Suite, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism in all matters. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, executive-level environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of anticipating needs and executing tasks with discretion and sound judgment. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, document handling, and acting as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executives day-to-day operations and requires a high degree of trust, reliability, and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and three years of administrative/office management experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

G4: $17.50 - $29.76
