Job Summary: - Coordination and administrative duties for ACLS, PALS & BLS refresher and instructor classes
- Administration for AHA instructor maintenance and Training Center coordination
- Coordination of record storage
- Coordination of department divisional conferences
- Administrative support for assigned faculty and / or fellowships Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and three years of administrative/office management experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong organizational skills, including proven ability to manage
multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, and ability to articulate well in a professional setting.
- High proficiency in computer applications, including word processing,
spreadsheets, scheduling software
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stong customer service skills

Monday - Friday daytime hours
