As an After Office Hours Social Worker, you will provide essential care to a diverse outpatient population in our Pediatric Behavioral Health After Hours Center. This is a unique opportunity to deliver impactful services during evenings and weekends—when access to care is often most needed. You’ll work closely with patients and families to assess needs, provide intervention, and care coordination while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the psychosocial needs of patients and their families.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver behavioral health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in an after-hours setting (walk-in and call-ahead)
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for at-risk patients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
  • Provide behavioral health consultations and recommendations to support treatment planning
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Care Manager and ancillary staff to facilitate appropriate referrals and services
  • Support patients and families by addressing psychosocial needs through care planning and resource connection

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (M.S.W.)
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (L.M.S.W.), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.), or eligibility required
  • 3+ years of relevant post-master’s experience

Early Career Opportunity:
Recent M.S.W. graduates who are L.M.S.W.-eligible are encouraged to apply! Candidates may be appointed at the entry-level (SL2) with a commensurate salary upon obtaining a Limited Permit. Licensure (L.M.S.W.) must be obtained within 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a hospital and/or healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with the child/adolescent patient population preferred.

Work Days:

  • Evening and weekend shifts
  • Monday–Friday: Between 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Weekends: Between 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Flexible scheduling within these ranges to include 1 weekend day requirement a week

Salary Range: $71,500-$89,721 (based on education and experience)
