Job Summary:

The Environmental Services Lead will oversee staff performance throughout Community Hospital clinical space. They will oversee a team with responsibility for management of projects, ensuring all of the team is meeting project scope and timeline for completion to maximize profitability and patient experience. Responsible for discharge and throughput in ED, ensuring timely cleaning and turnover of patient areas and floorcare, with knowledge of the specific way to clean and maintain each type of floor, understanding product and process for a high quality outcome.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and two years relevant experience (preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting) or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a unionized healthcare environment preferred.

Work Days:

Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am
