Job Summary:

Performs a variety of routine manual tasks. Requires little planning or special knowledge,and may involve medium to heavy physical work. Will work as a member of the handyman crew, responsible for quality customer service, teamwork, understanding and following instructions, and determining the right equipment for the job. Tasks may include inspecting and repairing doors, plumbing fixtures and related hardware, flooring, walls, and lights.  Read, interpret, and work from plans, drawings, and specifications. Submit work orders as needed. Must possess and maintain a valid New York State driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle to be operated.

Applicants must be physically able to perform heavy physical labor.

Schedule based on 40 hour work week. Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm
