Job Summary: Provide direct patient care in the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, participate in clinical research trials as requested, teach medical students and residents consequent to clinical activities. Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/registered NP (NYS NP specialty area of certification must be consistent with practice). Must have NPI number and be Medicare Enrolled with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) OR be eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire (eligibility criteria for NP requires National Certification through AANP). Initial certification must be present or obtained within 6 months of hire. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required. Previous pediatric hematology/oncology experience.

Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. The salary range depicted is based on full time, 1.0 FTE and would be prorated accordingly for less than 1.0 FTE.
