Job Summary: Functions as a Phlebotomist for the University Internist office. Performs Routine and difficult phlebotomies for patients as ordered by qualified providers. Uses EMR /LIS systems to create registrations, transcribe/scan outside physician orders, convert (if needed), release and accession orders and to contact providers. Identifies patients and labels specimens appropriately. Minimum Qualifications:

Phlebotomy certification required and 1 year directly related experience. Good computer and interpersonal skills also required.

Monday - Friday daytime hours
