This position will provide behavioral health services for employees and adult patients followed in the clinics at Nappi Wellness Institute. They will be part of the Integrated Behavioral Healthcare (IBHC) Clinic delivering services within the primary care clinics at Nappi and in the standalone IBHC site. This position works collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psycho-social management and support to patients and families. This position is responsible for all aspects of therapy and psychological assessment. Develops with the patient/family an individualized plan of care and modifies the plan as status changes. Coordinates care with PCP and various outside agencies and obtains referrals into additional programs to support the patient's recovery.
Ph.D. or Psy.D. and NYS license (or eligible) Psychologist required but must receive license within 1 year of employment. *If currently unlicensed, a limited permit is required.
Previous experience within a hospital setting. Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) desired
