Job Summary:
The Rehab Therapy Time Off Coordinator coordinates time off requests for the acute care, IRF, and TCU Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy staff, Recreational Therapy staff, and outpatient, acute care, IRF, and TCU Speech Language Pathologists. Compiles and maintains the holiday/around the holiday schedules for all PT, OT, SLP, and Recreational Therapy staff based on team needs and staff ranking. Administers all aspects of patient care and management in compliance with department policies and procedures and operational guidelines. Serves on committees for the department and Upstate.
Minimum Qualifications:
NYS licensed & registered Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist, degree required for licensure, and four years of experience to include one year in a leadership role required. CPR-BLS certification required at time of appointment.

M-F 8-4:30 rotating weekends and holidays
