Job Summary:

Provide administrative support to College of Nursing faculty, students, and staff. Responsibilities include primary front office reception, inbound and outbound general communications (mail, phone, and e-mail), filing and maintaining records, inventory maintenance of supplies and common areas, assisting faculty with course specific items, and managing shared calendars and department conference room schedules. Interface with other campus offices as needed. Support College of Nursing events.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and 2 years of related administrative experience or combination of education and experience, excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 1-3 year relevant work experience. with outstanding organizational, communication (written/verbal) and computer skills (MS word, MS excel, Adobe, Power point and Brightspace

Work Days:

M-F 8am - 4:30pm
