Job Summary:
The Turn Team Supervisor is responsible for providing oversite of cleaning, care, stocking and upkeep of assigned areas. Responsibilities include plan and staff assignments, cleaning devices, ensure training standards are being met. observe work in progress of subordinate employees & investigate and resolve complaints of unsatisfactory performance. Assist in solving work-related problems, inform staff of policy and directives, and ensure the efficient and effective use of time and materials. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask, organize and delegate tasks based on priority. Will be required to train/retrain employees, and maintain documentation of such on a consistent basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree and two years relevant supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. The ability to manage multiple priorities and excellent communication and organizational skills necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working in a health care facility, knowledge of medical terminology and OR experience.
Work Days:
Days/evenings/on call
