Facilities Maintenance and Operations Careers at Upstate

The Facilities Maintenance and Operations Department offers a variety of positions ranging from entry-level to skilled professionals and is vital to the operations of Upstate Medical University's hospital, clinics, and campus. 

Facilities Maintenance and Operations operates, repairs and maintains 45 Buildings, covering 4 million square feet across 44 acres occupied by SUNY Upstate Medical University. We are also responsible for issuing keys and state vehicles to our staff.

Sections of maintenance and operations support SUNY Upstate Medical University 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure all emergencies are resolved immediately and the facility is in full operations at all times.
