Job Summary:
Assist spine surgeon with in office cervical spine injection procedures
Place orders in Epic EMR under surgeon's directive
Recording administered injections
Patient intake including vital signs, medication reconciliation, history etc.
Prepare patient
Draws up injection solution
Assists surgeon during procedure as needed
Clean exam rooms to prepare for next patient
Willingly performs other assignments and duties as requested by the supervisor/provider
Other orthopedic per diem LPN work available if interested
Minimum Qualifications:
NYS licensed/registered LPN. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior orthopedic or urgent care experience
Work Days:
Thursdays from 3pm-630pm (every week)
