Job Summary:

Under the general guidance of the Reimbursement Manager, the Reimbursement Analyst is responsible for the compilation of data required for all internal and external reimbursement and other various financial reporting needs including the annual cost report and third party contractual allowances. This responsibility includes ensuring the accuracy of the data and submission of such in the required format and according to the deadlines established. Documentation is completed in a well-organized manner and meets the standards required by all internal, external, and third party audit agents.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare or related field and three or more years of progressive healthcare experience. Strong communication skills, computer skills entailing MS excel and Word, and analytical and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of Federal and State regulations involving cost reporting and reimbursement methodologies.

Monday through Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
